After the master planning of a green field inland container terminal was finished, HPMport was assigned to develop an operating concept. Based on the this concept, HPMport specified the nessesary container handling equipment (CHE) and supported the client during the entire tendering process.

- Functional and technical specification of the RMG with high productivity requirements in continuous operation

Tendering process for reach stackers, terminal tractors and chassis
- Functional specification of two reach stacker types at high robustness requirements
- Functional specification of terminal tractors and container chassis for transport within the terminal and adjacent storage in logistics centre
- Pre-selection of qualified manufacturers,
in particular with respect to the operation under the special climatic conditions and the after-sales service in the region - Comparison and evaluation of bids by the project-specific evaluation criteria
